Analyzes an absolute or relative URL (with a base URL) by splitting out the scheme, credentials, hostname (in Unicode and ASCII/punycode form), port, path, query parameters, and fragment, lets you edit them and rebuild the URL, and encodes/decodes components by reusing the existing core. Detects and warns about embedded credentials, dangerous schemes (javascript:, vbscript:), an empty hostname, an invalid port, and duplicate or sensitively-named parameters. It never navigates to the URL, never fetches it, never resolves DNS, and never generates a clickable link for a dangerous scheme; normalization is always optional and explicit.
